Janusmail was developed to integrate seamlessly with Zimbra mail servers.
The numerous advanced features make it the perfect complementary tool for companies that use Zimbra systems, as well as for those who sell, install or deliver this mail service in the cloud.
DIRECT ACCESS TO THE DASHBOARD
Access to the Janusmail user management console is integrated into the zimbra webmail, allowing the user to access it directly.
Authentication through cookies if accessed from secure networks, e.g. your corporate LAN, allows you to access the dashboard without having to enter the password each time.
Moreover, the control systems integrated with Zimbra allow the authentication to be managed even on access stations shared between several users.
AUTOMATIC BLOCK OF THE VIOLET BOXES
Janusmail is able to automatically block a Zimbra box if it has identified the violation, for example if that box is sending spam without the user's knowledge.
In this way it is no longer possible, for those who violated the box, to send further spam from the box or access it for as long as the administrator does not allow it.
Furthermore, administrators can intervene directly from the Janusmail console to unlock or change zimbra mail user passwords.
SAFETY ALSO AFTER HAVING DELIVERED E-MAILS !!!
Janusmail is the only system that removes emails from the user's INBOX on Zimbra servers, if it detects that an already delivered email represents a security problem.
It may happen that you receive an email with an attachment containing a malware or a URL not yet identified by antivirus or other security systems.
When these threats are subsequently identified, Janusmail automatically moves the email to the "junk mail" folder.
In the periodic report, the email receives notification of these emails with the advice not to open them and delete them.
ELIMINATION OF SPAM E-MAILS FOR THE WHOLE DOMAIN
It may happen that spam emails pass checks and end up in the end users' INBOX.
When the first user reports this email as spam, Janusmail automatically moves the email to the "junk mail" folder of all the users who received it.
This function can be activated on request at customer, domain or single user level
COMPLETE TRACKING OF THE MAIL PATH
Both users and administrators can verify, from the management console, the full path of the emails received until delivery to the mail server.
In the case of Zimbra servers, the system also informs about the actual delivery of the email to the recipients box.
Furthermore, it informs the sender about the operations performed on the email, for example if it has been deleted, forwarded, downloaded via POP / IMAP, moved to the spam folder. Furthermore, any anomalies such as a duplicate message-id that prevent delivery of the email to the recipient are reported.
These logs are updated in real-time and can be easily accessed from the dashboard by clicking on the email, and are kept together with the email logs for the period currently prescribed by the law (7 years).
